Support Desk

Logic Plus offers its clients access to trained support staff located within its Adelaide CBD Offices.

The support desk is manned for general client access:

  • 6:30am - 11:30pm (Summer months)
  • 6:30am - 9:30pm (Winter months)

The support desk is staffed by multiple staff on a rotating shift pattern, with on-call engineers available to respond to critical failures.
